Before you start

Wear heavy-duty protective gloves and safety eyewear. This equipment applies high manual torque and is not for use by anyone under 18.

Unbox the unit and lay the protective floor mat on a clean, level surface.
Organise all components against the parts list before assembling.
Inspect all structural hardware and fasteners and confirm they are tight.
Use only attachments rated for your tyre profile and rim dimensions.

Assembly — phases 1 to 3

Bead breaker shovel: slide the pull-rod locking mechanism onto the main tubular arm and secure with the retaining washers and locking bolts.
Slide the shovel pivot collar onto the end of the arm, flush with the through-holes. The collar is asymmetrical — the wider profile must face inboard, the narrower profile outboard.
Duck head: slide the leverage fulcrum block onto the square mounting stem of the duck head assembly, insert it into the multi-tool connection hub, then fit the flat washer and torque the securing bolt until rigid.
Mast and turntable: insert the connection arm through the recessed face of the rotation turntable base, align it with the connection hub and hand-tighten.
Check the turntable rotates freely and smoothly, then torque the locking nuts with the hex wrench.

A — breaking the bead

Insert the connection arm into the centre support mast and lower the fully deflated wheel over it until the hub sits flat.
Select the centring cone that matches your rim’s centre bore, slide it on, then torque the locking nut with the crescent wrench.
Insert the run-flat leverage pull-rod downwards through the rim, mount the bead breaker shovel and tighten its locking nut.
Insert the main power lever bar into the first (top) hole, secure it with the hex wrench and apply downward force.
To increase depth, loosen the adjustable stop bolt, move the bar to hole 2, then hole 3, retighten and press until the bead separates.
Flip the wheel over and repeat for the bottom bead.

Keep a firm two-handed grip on the lever bar at all times to manage mechanical torque.

B — removing the tyre from the rim

Invert the wheel face-up, install the rotation turntable base and mount the duck head on the centre support mast.
Work the duck head into the gap between the tyre bead and the rim flange, holding 5–8 mm axial clearance above the rim.
Apply mounting lubricant or strong soapy water where the duck head meets the bead. Align the duck head with the valve stem to protect TPMS sensors.
Stand on the tyre, or fit the bead depressor clip opposite the duck head, to push the bead into the drop-centre.
Pry the upper bead over the duck head knuckle with the tire iron, then rotate the turntable clockwise with the lever bar until the bead is free.
Lift the tyre, insert the tire iron about 5 cm under the lower bead and repeat, then rotate once more to release the tyre.

C — mounting a tyre

Apply mounting paste generously to both beads and place the tyre on the rim at an angle.
Position the duck head 180° opposite the valve stem so the bead has room to stretch into the drop-centre.
Place the lower bead over the tail of the duck head, hold the tyre at roughly 40°, and rotate the turntable clockwise.
Position the upper bead over the duck head, press down on the opposite side to keep it in the drop-centre, and rotate until fully seated.
Loosen the duck head slide with the hex wrench, release the centre locking nut with the crescent wrench, and lift the finished wheel off.

Keep hands clear of the pinch zone whenever the lever bar is under load.

How it works

Compressed air runs from your compressor outlet into the tyre changer’s air inlet.
That air drives the large cylinder and foot pedal assembly.
Pressing the pedal extends and retracts the cylinder rod.
On retraction the cylinder pulls the bead breaker arm, which pushes the push rod and rotates the wheel hub securing and rotation assembly.

Safety precautions

Never carry out maintenance or adjustments while the machine is running. If something goes wrong, stop the machine immediately and cut the air supply.

Inspect the machine before every use and confirm all parts are securely attached.
Use the correct tools for the size and type of tyre — the wrong tooling can damage the machine or the tyre.
Understand how the machine works and its safety features before operating it. Ask for help if you are unsure.
Keep the work area clean and free of debris and oil, with enough space to move around.
Stay a safe distance from the machine while it is in use.
Maintain the machine with regular cleaning, lubrication and inspection.

Installation procedure

Insert the bracket for mounting the large cylinder (10) into the stabilizing stand (9).
With the bracket secured, insert the bead breaker arm assembly (4), then fit and tighten the screws (11) to secure it.
Insert the large cylinder and foot pedal assembly (2) into the bead breaker arm assembly and secure it at both ends with the screws (12).
Insert the wheel hub securing and rotation assembly (7) into the stand, fit the cone (5) into the wheel hub centre hole and tighten the large nut (6).
Connect the large cylinder and foot pedal assembly to the hub adjustment assembly (1), then insert the push rod assembly (3).

Removing a tyre

Deflate the tyre completely through the valve core.
Push the tyre into the bead breaker arm, then step on the foot pedal. The cylinder pulls the arm and the shovel loosens the tyre from the wheel hub.
Load the wheel, select the matching cone, fit the large nut and secure it with the crescent locking wrench (14).
Install the hub adjustment assembly (1), set the duck head to the wheel size and tighten it with the hex wrench (13).
Insert the tire pry bar (8) above the duck head and lift the upper bead. Extend the shovel arm and cylinder to their maximum position, fit the push bar, and retract the cylinder with the foot pedal — the hub rotates and the upper bead comes off.
Repeat for the lower bead: pry it up above the duck head, extend to maximum, fit the push bar and press the pedal.

Hold the tire pry bar firmly throughout the operation.

Fitting a tyre

Lubricate both beads with tyre mounting paste.
Place the tyre on the rim at an angle with the duck head opposite the valve stem.
Work the lower bead under the duck head and rotate the hub assembly to walk it onto the rim.
Repeat for the upper bead, keeping pressure on the opposite side so the bead stays in the drop-centre.
Inflate to seat the beads, then set the final pressure and refit the valve core.
