EZ Tire Changer began with one stubborn belief: changing a tyre should not need a workshop, a forklift, or a phone call to someone an hour away.
It started with a flat
Middle of nowhere. A dead tyre, a spare with no air in it, and the nearest shop closed for the weekend.
Anyone who has driven far from a city knows the feeling. Farmers, overlanders, mobile mechanics, off-road clubs, small garages — the people who need to change a tyre the most are usually the furthest from a machine that can do it. And those machines are their own problem: bulky, heavy, thousands of dollars, bolted to a concrete floor, and useless without mains power or a big compressor.
We kept asking the same question the whole drive home: why is there nothing in between a pair of tyre levers and a $3,000 workshop machine?

A better way to break a bead
So we built the tool we wished we’d had on that roadside.
Our 3rd Gen is a fully manual 3-in-1 — bead breaker, mount and demount in one compact frame. No electricity. No compressor. Nothing to bolt down. A three-hole progressive leverage system multiplies your force so breaking a stubborn bead takes around 45% less effort, and it handles everything from a 12″ trailer wheel to a 21″ run-flat.
For workshops and mobile fitters who already run air, we made the Gen 2: the same go-anywhere portability, now with a two-tonne pneumatic bead breaker driven by a foot pedal. Same promise, more speed.
From one driveway to six warehouses
The first batch sold out to people who found us the same way the idea was born — stuck somewhere, searching for a better answer. Word travelled through overlanding forums, farm co-ops and mobile-mechanic groups, and it kept travelling.
