At EZ Tire Changer, we strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible from the regional warehouse closest to you.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, including a tracking number.
Free Regional Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all tire changer machines to our six supported markets, shipped locally with no customs delays:
- United States - 5-8 business days (ships from our US warehouses)
- Canada - 5-8 business days (ships from our US warehouses)
- United Kingdom - 5-8 business days (ships from our UK warehouse)
- Germany - 5-8 business days (ships from our Germany warehouse)
- Australia - 5-8 business days (ships from our Australia warehouse)
- Japan - 5-8 business days (ships from our Japan warehouse)
Other Destinations
We currently ship only to the six countries listed above. If you are located outside these markets, please contact us at eztirechanger@gmail.com before ordering to confirm whether delivery is possible; additional shipping charges, import duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
